| Position: | #285 Trusts and Estates | | Job Description: | Our client is an established full-service trusts and estates, wealth and business preservation and planning boutique law firm headquartered in Boca Raton and has an immediate need for a 5+ year attorney.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the area of complex estate planning/estate tax issues for sophisticated clients having an average net worth in excess of $10MM. The firm is routinely called upon to draft a wide range of estate planning and business documents which include revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, limited partnerships, and LLC’s and the agreements that support these entities and the candidate must have actual “hands on” experience in these areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing approximately 200 planning files and will work closely with a tenured team of para-professionals and support staff.
From a personality standpoint, the ideal candidate must be confident, a self-starter, independent, detail-oriented, and decisive.
